Confirmation at Saint Simon Parish
Confirmation is one of the three Sacraments of Initiation — a profound deepening of the baptismal life that calls each of us to be missionary witnesses of Jesus Christ in our families, neighborhoods, and world.
Saint Simon’s Confirmation Preparation Program is open to students who have received the Sacraments of Baptism and First Communion. Over the course of the year, candidates gather twice monthly on Sunday afternoons for class, participate in two retreats, serve in a liturgical role at Mass, and volunteer in the community — all as a way of living out the faith they are preparing to profess.
Confirmation is celebrated each spring. Date to be announced later.
