Here is some information about the two families we will be helping build homes for:
  • Susana Ibarra Fajardo, single mom with two sons, Angelo (11) and Christain (10). We first elected this family in 2020 and were unable to build their house because of the Pandemic. When we first met them, Angelo was 9 and Christian was 7. Susana received this property from her sister, and is still working 12 hour shifts at a medical factory. They currently share a house with 10 others and the grandmother watches the children while Susana is working. The father does not support the family.
  • Oscar Cervantes Castellanos and his wife, Sandy De La Cruz Lopes. Oscar works at a call center and his wife, Sandy does not work. Oscar’s mother, father, and brother live with Oscar and his wife. They are well known and active in their Catholic parish community. They are currently living in a very small house with other family members close to where their property is located.
